We were very pleased with the location and room. We felt that the staff at the front desk was less friendly and accommodating than the staff at our first hotel. Otherwise we had a very good stay at Hotel Lourve Marsollier Opera and hope to return in a couple of years.

1. Rather uncomfortable to share elevator service with what appeared to be the laundry room. 2. Unconvenient the fact that there was not money exchange service for hotel guests. 3. No taxi driver would recognize the street where it was situated.

The staff was excellent. Helpful and efficient. Especially Cecile! The room was small - 8' x 12' but very clean. Would stay there again but in the biggest double room available. The location was very good. We never had to take a cab or subway.
