Stayed here for 9 nights 6/2000. Excellent location for seeing city, monuments, churches, museums, gardens (parks), ... We had a room (twin - great comfort) on the street - a little noisy and not as clean and nicely decorated as I would have liked given the price. Breakfast is a bit expensive for what you get. Better to eat in one of the cafes just down the street. Staff is friendly.
