            Comments of clients:

The hotel was great! We were very pleased. The staff was very helpful. The room was larger than I expected. We had plenty of closet space, the bathroom & the bathtub was large and the room was spacious. Our window overlooked the street. The hotel is new and was very clean. There were lots of great restaurants and pastry shops within walking distance. I highly recommend the hotel to others. The metro station was a block away. The staff was also very helpful in directing us how to get to places of interest via the Metro or walking. France Online is great. I also emailed Julien Online through France Hotel Online and was very satisfied with the quick response and great recommendations. I will definatly stay at this hotel again if I return to Paris. I have recommended it to others. The price was great too!

The room was kept very clean and was comfortable. The hotel managers both spoke fluent English and were outstanding in their efforts to help us with any questions or problems we had. The hallway lights are on motion sensors so the lights on each floor don't come on until you approach. More lights on the stairs would be helpful.

a wonderful hotel, in a good area (close to the metro & bus), large size room & bathroom, pleasant staff

The only real downside was lack of parking. Unloading the car presented a problem because the hotel is located on a busy, narrow side street. The parking facility (indoor small garage), several blocks down the street, was available at an added expense. It was, however, owned and operated by an extremely nice gentleman who assured us the vehicle would be safe. Once we parked the car, we left it in the garage until we departed Paris. Metro was close to the hotel.

We like this hotel and will likely stay there again. Unfortunately one of their desk staff was not very pleasant, but maybe she was just having a bad day.

The staff was extremely friendly and multi-lingual which is great for foreigners. The room had a Parisian street view, which was noisy but was still very French for the experience. The courtyard was quaint, but could have been somewhat more cozy and colorful with more flowers. The room was small, but comfortable enough for two guests, and it was probably better than many other comparable hotel rooms. The only problem in general is that for American travelers in general, the bathtub situation is awful. Most Americans take showers standing up with shower curtains. Shower curtains seriously need to be added to at least some rooms because we feel terrible when we leave inches of water on the floor. :( Thank you so much for a great online hotel booking experience. It is great for first time users.

The front desk staff was especially helpful with Metro directions and maps. In fact, when I first got to my room, being used to having an iron and ironing board in my US rooms, I called down to the desk for an iron. Although they didn't have one, they offered to bring up loads of extra hangers to accommodate my business wear which I had for meetings. The hotel's neighborhood is a bustling area that is not particularly great to look at, but the location is phenomenal in the sense that the Metro is just blocks away. I was easily able to get to my business meetings at the Congress Center. The bathroom was always clean, and the only drawback was that there was a hand-held shower head and the tub was not properly enclosed (thus the old water on the floor problem). The bed linens were not changed everyday, (but I think that is an European thing). I was at the hotel for 8 days in a double. The double was small even for one person, but that wasn't too much of a drawback. My room rate did not include breakfast ...I would not recommend it since there are fabulous bakeries on the same street that you can probably pick something up for less. I would stay at this hotel again because of the proximity to the Metro and because of the cleanliness of the rooms.

The front desk associates were outstanding. They were fun and always very helpful to myself and family. We had a great time in Paris. The location was central to where we needed to be but the neighborhood needed some attention. On our last night in Paris we came home to a drunk individual singing and nearly "passed out" in front of the hotel. While I found it somewhat humorous my wife and kids did not share the same laughter. Rick in Denver.

A nice clean room with huge new bath. Agree with previous comment on shower curtain: it needs one. Room was on street and was a bit noisy. I always travel with foam ear plugs, so not that big a problem. Staff was most accomodating and handled faxes to US with great effeciency. The recommendation by staff for restaurant Chartier down the street was great! We skipped the expensive 65f breakfast for coffee and croissants at shop down the street. We liked this hotel and will be back even if it is a bit expensive for a 3-star. The location, metro and neighborhood make it a good find.

Very good value in its price range, although Hotels online did a good job of negotiating a very favorable rate for us, around 650ff for each double room per night, hotel is also new so that helped. As with many city hotels, noise can be an issue at times and the rooms aren't very big, but this is the norm so no complaints about either of these last two items in a five star hotel they would be issues. Overall, I can recommend this hotel, it is excellent it the three star category

Suitcases don't have shelves. Hotel rooms should. This is my only complaint about the room. It was otherwise very good. The street noises were well insulated compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Paris. The hotel is expensive for a three star.

The hotel was new and very nice, the eleveator was too narrow as the corridor in the hotel. On the whole we were very satisfied with the hotel.
