1. "What are the requirements for claiming the GUARANTEED Lowest Rate?"

In order to be eligible for the GUARANTEED Lowest Rate, France Hotel Online must be contacted within 7 days of booking. The new lower rate must be for the same hotel and same room on the same dates, and available for booking. As last minute prices can change everyday, last minute reservations - those quoted within 10 days prior to your arrival date - are not covered by this guarantee.

Send a note at [email protected].

Please fill in "Guaranteed Lowest Rate" in the subject line.

Please indicate in the body of your message, your reservation number, URL of the website where you found a better price and a copy of the message sent to you to confirming that the room is available. We will respond within 1 business day.

3. "How is my credit issued?"

Credit is issued directly to the credit card you provided at the time of booking. Credit will usually appear on your statement within 30 business days.
