As our company is a licensed APS certified Tour Operator,when reserving a hotel or a package through us, you are protected by governmental insurances and guarantees.

1°) Certification of the French Ministry of Tourism

As a licensed Tour Operator, we operate under the July 13th 1992 law that regulates all travel agencies activities. This law specifies that French travel agents / tour operators have to keep a financial deposit, in order to refund clients in case of non-delivery.

Our licence was received from the French Ministry of Tourism and is registered under the number: LI 075030017.

2°) Permanent financial guarantee

Our company is APS certified and as such has a financial deposit guaranted by the APS. The “Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme” (APS) has been operating for 35 years and grants to its 2500 members, all qualified French tour operators and travel agents, a permanent financial guarantee.

Thanks to this APS guarantee, any client dealing with a licensed APS certified Tour Operator / travel agent, is protected in the event of non-delivery, not only if the tour operator / travel agent fails to provide as ordered but also if it gets bankrupted.
