Here in North America we have all become so 'wired' that it is becoming the norm for us to get our reservations on-line wherever we can. It simply makes it easier for us to be able to send an email at anytime of the day to a service such as yours to help in setting up a variety of reservations. For example, my flights on this trip, hotels in Toronto, rental cars etc., have all been booked on line. In all of my past travels, I have found that booking on line gets even better results than through traditional travel agencies, and sometimes even better than direct contact with reservation desks (at hotels etc.). Should this have been a trip somewhere else, I would also have been looking for specific information about the city and its environs (short day trips etc.), however being that it is the 'city of lights', I know we will find plenty of adventures on our own. Again thank you for your correspondence, its good to see your service taking such a personal approach to your clients.
