A service operated by Airport Connection.

We provide a simple but efficient airport shuttle service operating 7 days a week that serves Paris, La Défense and Neuilly. The shuttle service operates from 6.30 am to 8.00 pm.

We use experienced English speaking drivers who know their way around Paris. Our fleet of 8 seater fully airconditioned mini-vans offers, a comfortable, reliable and economical transport in or out of Paris. There is no need to queue for taxis with their uncertain rates, or drag your bags up and down subway stairs and corridors searching for public transport.

We pick you up at your hotel, home or airport terminal and take you to your destination at a fixed rate, luggage included if it is the normal airline allowance. For extra luggage we charge 2 Euros per item.

* Basic airport transfer: rates are in euros and per person.

- Free for children under 3 years old.
- Two pieces of luggage not exceeding 20 kilos for each passenger.
- Additional items: @ 2 Euros.
- Bicycles, animals and unusual luggage @ 8 Euros extra.

Payment Conditions

- Your credit card is charged within 7 days after confirmation of your shuttle order.

Cancellation policy

- 5 Euros up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
- No refund for late cancellation.

Please make reservations in advance for all bookings, arrivals or departures.
For reservation we will need your arrival / departure time, flight n°, and airline company.

ARRIVING IN PARIS PROCEDURE

After your credit card has been charged, you will be emailed a shuttle voucher to be given to the driver. As we follow the flights on the Internet, we know at what time yours has landed. If you are early, a driver will be there to pick you up. If you are late, the driver will wait one hour for you. After this time he may continue to wait, but if he has to leave, we will already have sent another shuttle to pick you up.

In any case, you must call our toll-free number 0800 247 227 (0800 AIR CAR - no card or change needed) while you are waiting for your luggage to inform us that you have arrived.

Our drivers are instructed to wait for you at the following pick-up spots :

- Roissy CdG Terminal 1: departure level, exit 16.
- Roissy CdG Terminal 2: Halls A,B,C,D,F arrival level, exit 8.
- Orly Sud: Gate M
- Orly Ouest: Gate H
- Beauvais: Main exit.

The driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up spot on the arrival level.

The vans are silver and have "Airport Connection" signs on them.

LEAVING PARIS PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT : If you book a round trip transfer with you a return from the hotel to the airport you must allow at least one hour for the trip to the airport. We will send you your pick/up time with our confirmation.
