Although starting to become popular also oustside of France, they're a rapidly increasing phenomenon in France. As "last minute prices" change everyday, "last minute reservations" quoted within 7 days prior to your arrival dates are not covered by this guarantee.
Send us a note with "Guaranteed Lowest Rate Policy" written in the subject line. Please indicate in the body of your message, your reservation number, the URL of the website where you found a better price and a copy of the message sent to you by the provider confirming the availability of the room.
We typically respond within 1 business day, a credit being issued directly to the credit card you provided at the time of booking. The transaction appears usually on your bank statement within 30 business days. | |
